Before Service
- We do offer walk-in services, but you may have to wait if we are occupied.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we decide it is not safe or possible to do so.
- Please ask our staff which service you would like to have. Feel free to specify any special requests that you may have, as well as their prices.
- Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any services.
During Service
- Inform the staff immediately if you have any concerns, conditions, or infections about your nails.
- Feel free to provide our staff with feedback and comments so we can satisfy your requirements straight away before moving on to next step.
- Please do not consume any food during your service(treatment) as it may affect the quality of the products we use on your nails.
After Service
- Do NOT use your nails as tools. Always wear protective gloves for housework, gardening, DIY, etc.
- Enhancements are guaranteed for 2 weeks after your appointment. If anything happens to your nails during this time, please call us to schedule a check-up for a free repair.
- If you have any questions on how to take care of your nails, please speak to us.
- If you experience reactions such as redness or swelling around the cuticle area, please contact us ASAP for a check-up. You may also need special treatment/advice from your GP.
